You can directly register with your personal data. As the responsible person you will be : representative.
After registration, you can always add a supervisor or an employee.
I am a provider within a group or an institution/I work with other people
Registration is unique and must be made only once per third party or institution (= only once by NIHDI number) by the person responsible for the third party or institution. He/She will be : representative.
After registration, you can appoint a supervisor to manage the access to the 4CP platform by different employees (create, delete accesses).
WARNING ! Do you invoice on another number than your NIHDI number? The registration has to be made on this fictitious number (9XXXXXXXXXXX).
The representative is the responsible person who can validly bind the third party or self-appoint himself as supervisor of the 4CP platform.
The supervisor is the only person with access to the "Employees Management" module for a NIHDI number who will supervise the admnistrators and the users of 4CP (creation, deletion or modification) and who has access to all modules.
An employee is the person who has access to 4CP for consultation only.
